STEP 1 – DANCE DRESS DESIGN

A perfect design takes designers at least week time to adjust continuously. Preliminary communication is a very important step to avoid your valuable time waste.

STEP 2 – CHOOSE FABRICS & EMBELLISHMENTS

We have plenty of fabrics and embellishments in stockpile, which are chic and in high quality. Those important details decide the quality of dance dresses. Many factories produce dance dresses with cheap materials. That’s why you see some dance dresses are in incredible low prices from online shops, some ballroom & latin dresses are even lower than $200. We do not sell cheap quality dance dresses in smartsdance.

STEP 3 – PLATE-MAKING

As we all know, a perfect dress should look attractive in shop window. It also should be comfortable on you, and show out your body to perfection. Therefore an experienced tailor occupies a very important role in tailoring.

STEP 4 – PRE-FORMING BILLET

Our wedding dresses fabrics are expensive, therefore Lunss tailors always start with greige cloth to present the best effect. To achieve this, our tailors have to adjust the dresses a dozen times.

STEP 5 – CLIPPING

Clipping is another important step in making a wedding dress. Different fabrics have different tailoring techniques. It is time-demanding work. Lunss tailors adhere to presenting their best works to customers.

STEP 6 – START TAILORING

After making sure all foregoing details are perfect, we will start Plain Dress tailoring. We call those dresses which have no embellishments Plain Dress. Lunss shows Obsessive-Compulsive in the whole tailoring process.

STEP 7 – THE FIRST QUALITY CONTROL

After finishing Plain Dress tailoring, Lunss proceeds two times quality inspection to make sure there are no defects of the fabrics, model and process details.

STEP 8 – EMBELLISHMENTS SEWING

Embellishments designers make dress embellishments by hand according to the dress design. It requires patience and meticulosity, especially for some small but complicated designed Embellishments.
